Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Eidara Guide Portal (the “Services”) collects, how we use and share it, and your choices. The controller is LUXCRYPTA Technologies LLC, 14781 Memorial Drive, Suite 253, Houston, Texas 77079. Contact: support@eidara.ai. The Services are for adults 18+, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Two commitments up front
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use your private conversations with your Guide to train our AI models.
1. Information we collect
You give us: your email, a securely hashed password, email-verification status, and age confirmation; the House and avatar you choose and the name you give your Guide; the text you send and your Guide’s replies, and the memory and diary derived from your interactions; voice audio and its transcript if you use voice or video calls; and subscription status, plan, and your voice/video minute balance (card details are held by Stripe, not by us). On a video call, your device’s camera is used only to show you a self-view on your own screen — we do not record, transmit, or store your camera video. Collected automatically: usage and device/log data, approximate location from IP, and an internal action log of certain Guide actions and safety events.
Please don’t share sensitive information you don’t need to. We do not request special-category data (health, religion, sexual orientation, biometric, or racial/ethnic data); if you choose to include it, you do so at your own risk.
2. How we use information
- Provide and personalize the Services — run your Guide, maintain memory, deliver text and voice.
- Account management, email verification, security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our Terms.
- Billing, subscriptions, and token balances (via Stripe).
- Service and account communications.
- Safety — crisis handling, ending abusive sessions, and the action log.
- Maintain, debug, and improve the Services. We do not use your private conversations to train our AI models.
3. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers (subprocessors) who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run the Services:

A current list of our named subprocessors is available on request at support@eidara.ai. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer, with notice where required.
4. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive content, hashed passwords, and limited internal access. Our systems process your conversations to generate replies and run automated safety checks; support staff do not browse your private chats. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. A lapsed or cancelled subscription pauses access but does not automatically delete your Guide’s memory. You can delete individual messages, a Guide, or your whole account; deletion takes effect promptly, except for limited records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
6. Your choices and rights
- In-app: access, export, correct, or delete your information and account from settings.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, access, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale”/“share” (we do neither), without discrimination.
- EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object, and to withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority.
- You can opt out of non-essential emails; essential account/service messages continue.

7. Cookies & international transfers
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and remembering your choices. We are based in the United States and process data there and in other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
8. Children
The Services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@eidara.ai and we will delete it.
9. Changes & contact
